Truelly Its an intersting And secure wallet to deal with specialy with The debit card

The app doesnt work. Theres a bug on the name space to create the first login and sign up. Please, fix it and let me know if it works. Thanks.

Cant login, it redirects me to the register form every time or throws errors...

This good wallet and app

Two weeks since I submitted my Passport details and uploaded a photo of proof of address and Im still waiting for verification. Ive emailed Support twice but not so much as an acknowledgment. Shame the App looks good but whats the point. If they want a better proof of address then does it take two weeks to ask for one?

Asks a little too much, then requires a photo id. I see good reviews and bad. I concur with the bad. Im quick to cut bait when sumn seems fishy. Cut bait in 5mins. These people need to get their sh*t together. Unless its a scam then scam on fools

Xapo wallet is realy good and secured,the support is quick.ios application is a must have!

Verifying my id for the last 2 weeks. Still shows as pending review

Xapo apps is really awesome and user friendly.

Xapo is by far the worst Bitcoin related app around. Customer service is non existent. Cant access my account due to verification that never happens. I want my bitcoins back xapo thieves! Stay away!

I had about $350 in my Xapo wallet when they flagged it for "manual review". That was a week ago and Ive emailed them every day since several times a day with zero responses from them. Not sure what else to do.

Website version works fine, but app is awful. Literally havent been able to login for months and their customer service just tells me to do the same thing every time I contact them, and then "were updating rapidly, so Im sure it will get fixed in the next version".

Easy to recover wallet, constant same address which is easier for farming the Fossetts. The wallet maybe more vulnerable but you still have a safe within the app. Transfers are easy and quick-ishfor an app thats free overall I love this app

They have no customer support, zip, nada, zero!!! If you use their wallet you not gonna get your money back!

Current version seems no more compatible with iPhones 5,5c,5s: app views bigger than device screen. There is also a bug. When I click on the Already have an account - Login it always open the signup view.

Even to get your Account Numbers just receive or Transfer they want your Passport ID. Open the door to identity theft. And xapo is still full of bugs
