1. You have to tell everything. Where/Why/Who and mobile number they send everytime you wanna do an transaction a SMS ( cost? ) if you type in the code and its 2 times wrong you have to wait 15 min Use blockchain is same save and you can stay annonym 2. If you just use it for faucets win - dont use it! Use faucet box 3. Its bugging everywhere.

Touch ID as a payment verification would be nice.

Please Update the App, i have the new update 2.2 and i have new installed the app. And now i cant login anymore... Please fix this bug

Bug prevents login on iPhone. Asking for Name, Last Name, Email address but no input boxes available. No customer support. I’ve been waiting a week for customer support on other issues. This version not recommended.

Good apps, no bad. But for using constantly I have another app. XAPO only for collect bitcoins and transfer to another wallet.

Currency always switches to USD, cannot set my own choice as default!

But definitely needs Apple Watch support

Its hard to communicate with support. Also irritated that I play some games and the currency goes straight into my xapo account and I cant even really touch the funds because I am not verified and have tried to be verified several times, and have spent several hours trying to get verified. And I have also spent several hours trying to contact support and have talked to them just to get absolutely no help on resolving this issue. Hopefully they figure a better way to make there service easier to use.

I havent wrote a review in a long time but these guys definitely called for it, ive seen multiple people complaining about their horrid customer service and its been just the same on my end these guys ask for nearly freaking every facet of your identity and then when you give it to them they turn around and say its "not enough" its like they want everybody to be freaking fortune 500 investors and if youre below a certain income line they dont even want to bother with you, I would highly suggest turning over to COINBASE they seem to genuinely care compared to the jerks with thumbs up their butts.
