Cant access my account keeps asking for name and last name

Opened wallet and now says not serviceable in my area. Used faucets and now cant get the balance

It takes a while to load since the latest update a while back. But once loaded its nice. I would like to be able to login into my wallet with fingerprint scanner. To be able to login to my wallet instead of having to type my pin each sign in. Otherwise its a great app.
